Well in the morning we are going to go see a lawyer about bankrupsy. I dont want to cheat anyone out of anything but I cant afford to pay on the school loans. I will let you know how this turnsout. Please pray for us that this is the right thing to do.
Bankruptcy is probably the best thing you can do at this point. It would surely free up some of the stress you are under. Don't feel bad about 'cheating' anyone--you are doing what you need to do.

I have been there, done that.I know the shame and guilt at not being able to pay your bills.
This is a chance for your family and you to make the most of a bad situation, and you need to take it.

I absolutely agree Laura. We do our best to meet our obligations but sometimes life throws us insurmountable obstacles. Bankruptcy was made for these times.
